When will I receive my order?
After successfully submitting your order, our customer service team will contact you to verify the order details and confirm the delivery information via phone or WhatsApp.
Once the order is verified and confirmed, the estimated delivery time will be as follows:
Bedding Products (Mattresses & Pillows):
Delivery within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Home Furniture:
Delivery within 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation, as each piece is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards.

Down-payment policy:

In some cases of delivery, Online payment is a must to proceed with the order. If this applies to your order, one of our representative will be contacting you.

Cash On delivery: Pay at your doorstep.

Pay By card: Pay your order full amount or part of it with a secured payment.

Bank Instalments: UP to 12 Months 0% Interest with CIB, NBE, Bank Misr, Mashreq & NBK.

Valu Offer instalments from 3 months up to 60 months for valU coustomers

Sympl: Offer 0% interest instalments can be paid from 3 to 5 payments 

the payments can be paid weekly-Bi weekly-Monthly 

Note: Customer can use debit or credit card for this transaction. 

Premium Card: 0% Interest instalments over 10 Months for premium card holders.

Mobile wallets: Pay your order full amount  or part of it through your mobile wallet.
